All passport scans, Machine-Readable Zone (MRZ) strings, and applicant personal data processed by Visakix.ai are encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

2. GDPR & Data Retention Compliance

Visakix.ai acts strictly as a data processor for travel agencies. Passport document images are purged automatically 30 days after embassy submission unless customized by agency admin settings.

3. Information We Collect

We collect agency admin email addresses, billing info, and system log metadata required to fulfill visa OCR extraction services.
